Raymund joined Hidi & Associates Inc. (now Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers Inc.) in 1996. His responsibilities include the design of energy efficient heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems, and the design of plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.

Raymund is responsible as Design Engineer for the following projects:

• Kolter Office Buildings in Markham
• Rogers Cantel Office Campus at 333 Bloor Street East
• Rogers Expansion at 1 Mount Pleasant Road
• Revenue Canada design-build office project, Hamilton Ontario
• Twin Office Towers - Beijing , China
• Minto Yonge & Eglinton Residential Project, Toronto
