Sam joined Hidi Rae as an Associate in 1999. He has been working in the electrical consulting engineering industry since 1988, bringing with him a wealth of experience in commercial, institutional and residential projects.

Sam is responsible as Design Engineer for the following projects:

• Telco Hotel , a 285,000 sq. ft. Internet data center
• Rogers Expansion at 1 Mount Pleasant , a 300,000 sq. ft. office expansion
• The Eaton Centre - 2 & 3 Below , a 110,000 sq. ft. of mall remodelling;
• Revenue Canada design-build office project, Hamilton Ontario
• Angus Glen Golf and Country Club , Markham Ontario
• University of Toronto - Academic Resource Centre , a 100,000 sq. ft. library expansion in the Scarborough Campus

Major tenancy projects include:
